Shipping Policy

All European orders will be shipped, with an additional charge, via FedEx/DHL or other most popular delivery services. Our customer service department will get in touch with you regarding the shipping charges. We remind you that for orders above 300€ the shipment is free. In case you're not located in Europe, please feel free to contact us so that we can make the delivery possible. 

You can always track your orders by clicking on the “Track My Order” for FedEx Shipments and Track Your Shipment or our Customer service team can provide you with the same. All deliveries purchased online will be shipped within 1 to 7 days from the date of receivable of full payment, subject to the mode of payment chosen by the customer, and correct delivery address details provided to our Customer Service department. Expect a little delay from the courier companies in case of a holiday period.
